All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed after Annapoorni Catering Services Ltd has accepted the booking and any required deposit has been received.
A deposit may be required to secure your event date. The amount and final payment date will be agreed before confirmation.
Customers should carefully check the payment amount before completing any PayPal, debit card or credit card payment.
Annapoorni Catering Services Ltd will never ask customers for online banking passwords, banking PIN numbers, one-time security codes or full card security information.
Final guest numbers must be supplied by the agreed deadline.
Menu changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
Customers must clearly inform us in advance about allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements.
Please notify us as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred.
Changes to date, time, venue, guest numbers or catering requirements are subject to availability.
The customer is responsible for suitable access, preparation space, electricity, water and required venue permissions.
Live food preparation requires suitable working space and appropriate permission from the venue.
By confirming a booking, paying a deposit or asking us to proceed, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.
